Introduction

Crystal Martin Vietnam (CMVN), a subsidiary of Crystal International Group, is renowned for manufacturing leading lingerie brands. To enhance operational efficiency, CMVN embarked on a renovation project for its factory building’s top floor, entrusting the task to D&P Associates. The result is a captivating office space that seamlessly blends industrial design with feminine accents.

Space Planning and Orientation

With a vast floor area of 10,000m2, space planning posed a significant challenge. D&P addressed this by implementing a variety of partitions, varying in height, transparency, and color, in adherence to feng shui principles. LED signage further aids navigation, ensuring a visually aided and user-friendly environment.

Industrial Design Inspiration

Drawing inspiration from CMVN’s core product—lingerie—D&P infused the office with an industrial design ethos complemented by feminine undertones. Exposed concrete elements, including columns, beams, and ventilation pipes, create an open ceiling design, adding depth and spaciousness to the interior.

Unique Design Elements

To distinguish CMVN’s office from conventional industrial spaces, D&P introduced curved partitions, circular pendant lighting, and pastel-colored furniture. These elements accentuate the feminine aspects of the brand while harmonizing with the industrial aesthetic.

Integration of Natural Elements

D&P prioritized natural elements in the office design to promote well-being and connectivity with nature. Real green walls in reception and break-out areas enhance occupants’ physical and mental health, while glass partitions optimize natural light penetration, fostering an open and inviting atmosphere.

Conclusion

The Crystal Martin Vietnam office project epitomizes the artful juxtaposition of industrial design and soft femininity. Through meticulous planning and thoughtful execution, D&P Associates has crafted a workspace that exudes sophistication, balance, and functionality—a testament to innovative interior design in the corporate realm.
