The core concept driving the design was to fashion a ‘blank canvas’ residence, allowing the personalities and lifestyles of its occupants to take center stage. The villa’s architectural silhouette is crafted from sturdy, interlocking cubic forms.

Material Selection

In the quest for materials that could endure the rigors of the coastal setting while exuding natural elegance, Neolith® sintered stone emerged as the architect’s top choice for both indoor and outdoor applications. The captivating brilliance of Arctic White and the profound darkness of Basalt Black captured the architect’s imagination, offering a palette to breathe life into his vision. These hues impart a strikingly clean facade and introduce moments of captivating contrast and depth within the interiors.

Design Elements

Drawing inspiration from the notion of a house elevated on a pedestal, the architect opted for Iron Frost flooring, both indoors and outdoors, inviting viewers to perceive the villa as a sculptural masterpiece. Muted Beton, an interpretation of poured concrete, graces the bedrooms, serving as vanity tops and accent walls, while urban Iron Grey adorns the bathrooms, enhancing wall cladding, vanities, and shower enclosures.

Architectural Highlights

A standout feature of the property is the cantilevered staircase, crafted in Iron Corten, which seemingly defies gravity against a backdrop of white-painted walls and transparent glass panels. Each step appears to float effortlessly in mid-air, adding an element of architectural intrigue.
